Why is gaming allowed at the Lucky Eagle Casino in the Texas Kickapoo Indian Reservation near Eagle Pass, TX; yet it is not allowed at the Alabama-Coushatta Reservation in East Texas near Livingston? I've been told that the hospital I have to go to (Memorial Medical Center of Livingston, TX) brings women their release forms to sign 24 hours after the baby is born.
